Job Summary
Working remotely, the Idaho Licensed Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage the enrollment process between the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare and the Medicaid provider community, focusing on educating providers, processing applications, and maintaining compliance with state requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process initial provider enrollment applications according to state requirements
- Update provider changes, certifications, and licenses while following up on outstanding issues
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in credentialing or regulatory roles
