Job Summary
To support quality improvement initiatives, the remote Idaho Licensed Quality Clinical Reviewer will conduct clinical reviews of documentation and interactions, analyze findings for reporting, and engage with stakeholders while holding a bachelor's or master's level clinical license.
Key responsibilities
- Audits and reviews clinical documentation and interactions against regulatory and accreditation standards
- Conducts ongoing monitoring of quality of care standards and evaluates patient safety risks
- Prepares performance reports and presents findings at meetings to enhance service delivery and quality of care
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's level clinician (RN) or master's level clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MFT) required
- 5+ years of clinical experience required; 7+ years with an associate's degree and RN licensure may substitute
- Experience in total quality improvement or behavioral healthcare treatment modalities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Project management skills and demonstrated experience
