Job Summary
To support families navigating eating disorders, the full-time salaried Idaho Licensed Registered Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition care remotely, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through ongoing support
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including initial nutrition assessments and meal plans, while reassessing nutritional needs regularly
- Deliver evidence-based nutrition education and maintain thorough documentation within the electronic medical record system
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or coursework accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
- Idaho licensure as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) required
- Experience with eating disorders preferred, with exposure to family-based treatment approaches a plus
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 80 patients and provide 29 hours of direct patient care weekly
- Strong skills in communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams
