Idaho Licensed Remote Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Idaho Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload and maintaining clinical autonomy in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions with clients remotely
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative burden
• Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and receiving operational support

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
