Experienced in claims management, the full-time Idaho Licensed Resolution Manager will analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations in a fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
  • Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcomes of claim files
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
  • Active Adjusters' licenses in all applicable states
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
