Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Idaho Licensed Retirement Plan Specialist will assist clients with 401(k) plan administration, including document review, annual reporting preparation, and client education on compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Review client-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness while preparing annual reporting
  • Utilize administration software to conduct 401(k) testing and prepare necessary government filings
  • Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and educate them about their 401(k) plans
Required qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Must pass a background check and meet work-from-home requirements
