Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Sr - Idaho Medicaid - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute medium-sized projects independently or as part of a team on larger projects, ensuring superior customer and client experience
• Define and validate business needs, conduct stakeholder analysis, and assess capability gaps to determine solution options
• Plan business analysis activities, manage requirements traceability, and adhere to business analysis standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent education/work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of work experience in business analysis
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Advanced understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
• Experience in leading diverse project teams to achieve results
