Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on clinician compensation systems and financial trends
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and administration of clinician compensation according to employment agreements
• Provide guidance and training to finance team members and operational leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education and experience
• 3 years of analytical and business experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
• CPA certification (preferred)
• 2 years of healthcare-related experience (preferred)
