Idaho Licensed Shared Services Representative

Job Summary

To support the National Service Department, the full-time Idaho Licensed Shared Services Representative will manage client communications regarding vehicle repairs, follow up on maintenance-related services, and assist with vehicle recalls and manufacturer claims while working remotely from the Boise Metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on the status of live jobs with vendor partners, clients, and maintenance repair facilities
• Communicate repair status and escalate customer service opportunities related to roadside assistance
• Relay repair approvals to facilities on behalf of clients and extend replacement rentals as needed

Required qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Boise Metropolitan area or surrounding counties in Idaho
• One year of customer service experience
• One year of administrative support experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
