Job Summary
Providing virtual speech therapy to K-12 students, the part-time Idaho Licensed Speech Pathologist will manage a caseload using online education management systems while ensuring compliance with IEP goals and maintaining communication with students, parents, and school staff.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality speech language services and implement individual and group therapy in a virtual setting
- Conduct screenings and evaluations of students' communication needs while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to coordinate the implementation of IEPs for students with speech/language needs
Required qualifications
- MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology in the state of residence
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a K-12 school setting
- Strong technology skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to obtain and maintain multiple required state certifications and clearances
