Idaho Licensed Support Advisor

Job Summary

Providing essential support to the existing client base, the full-time Idaho Licensed Support Advisor will assist with data gathering, financial plan preparation, and client relationship management in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Enter client information into Salesforce and financial planning software
• Prepare and update financial plans and presentation materials for client meetings
• Assist Financial Advisors in client meeting preparation and follow-up tasks

Required qualifications

• Previous financial services experience desired
• Securities (7/66, or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health, and Annuities registration required
• Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably 3+ years
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work
• Basic understanding of financial products and services offered by Thrivent Financial
