Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage caseload and complete administrative tasks such as preparing status updates
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice and preferred workers' compensation experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
- Reliable internet access
