Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage caseload and complete administrative tasks such as preparing status updates
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice and preferred workers' compensation experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
  • Reliable internet access
