A company is looking for a Patient Success Coordinator to provide support for patients navigating hormonal health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, patient-centric support through various communication channels
• Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring accurate information relay
• Guide patients through scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in customer support and/or patient-facing roles, preferably remote
• Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for confidential communications
