Idaho Retirement Plan Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather information for annual reporting
• Review client-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare government filings for 401(k) plans, including IRS Form 5500

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
