Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Access Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support for onboarding/offboarding staff and troubleshooting system access issues
  • Manage user account provisioning and maintenance of security infrastructure
  • Collaborate with IAM team to improve onboarding processes and tools

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 1+ year technical support/help desk experience required
  • Experience with user administration in Microsoft Office 365 preferred
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Understanding of Information Technology and IT Security
