Identity & Access Analyst

Job Summary

To support the organization's identity and access management needs, the full-time Identity & Access Analyst will manage user access to computing resources, oversee the lifecycle of user identities, and troubleshoot complex access issues, with the possibility of remote work and rotating on-call coverage.

Key responsibilities:

• Supports all identity and access management control activities
• Manages all aspects of user identity lifecycle, including provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements necessary changes

Required qualifications:

• 3 years relevant Information Security / Access Management experience
• Associate of Arts (AA) or Bachelor's degree, or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Healthcare environments (preferred)
• Experience working with Epic Security or provisioning access in Epic (preferred)
• Intermediate understanding and working experience with Active Directory
