Identity Access Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Access Management Analyst to enhance security protocols and manage access control in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage identity and access solutions for secure authentication and authorization
• Maintain and troubleshoot IAM tools and technologies, optimizing their performance
• Develop and enforce user access policies and role-based access controls to enhance security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in user provisioning and de-provisioning, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years, or High School equivalency with 8+ years of experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Identity & Access Management experience
• General understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Service Request Management Systems
• Proficiency in security protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, SQL) for automation
