Identity Access Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Identity Access Management Analyst will partner with business owners and IT teams to manage user identities, streamline access processes, and ensure efficient administration of access privileges across the Bank's systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user access and coordinate access requirements across business lines and IT applications
• Analyze and improve Security Administration processes and workflows, implementing solutions for efficiency
• Support IAM tools and processes, ensuring timely incident resolution and maintaining role-based access control

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with two years of relevant experience
• Experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance is preferred
• Familiarity with data exchange formats like JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP is preferred
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and IAM solutions such as SailPoint is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required
