Identity & Access Management Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Identity & Access Management Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage user account provisioning, support administration for various stakeholders, and assist with onboarding processes while maintaining compliance with access controls.
Key responsibilities
- Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across Microsoft 365 tenants and enterprise applications
- Support user administration for employees, contractors, vendors, and external partners, including onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain account records and documentation to support access reviews and audit requests
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 0-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or related IT discipline
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and identity management concepts
- Familiarity with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) technologies and Microsoft Authenticator
