Identity & Access Management Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Identity and Access Management program in a full-time remote capacity, the Identity & Access Management Analyst will manage lifecycle controls, improve IAM operations, and collaborate with various teams to enhance security measures across cloud and on-premises systems.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and operate identity and access lifecycle management controls across multiple systems
- Manage access certification for in-scope resources and ensure compliance with IAM controls
- Develop and enhance IAM strategies, policies, and guidelines while collaborating with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with Identity and Access Lifecycle Management and Cloud IAM Services, preferably AWS
- Experience supporting MS Active Directory Domain Services and Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with IAM controls aligned with NIST guidelines and experience with scripting technologies
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow and Okta
