Identity Access Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Access Management Metrics/KPI/KRI Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive suite of IAM metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to support security objectives
• Build automation processes for data extraction, dashboard creation, and report generation
• Collaborate with the Information Security Metrics/KPI team to ensure accurate data delivery and present insights to Senior Leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in IT Security metrics, KPIs, and KRIs within the IAM space
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and automation
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience designing and maintaining security metrics and presenting to executive leadership
• Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
