Identity & Access Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of identity engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Lead the design, implementation, and operations of IAM services, including OKTA, CyberArk, SSO, MFA, and Azure AD
• Oversee compliance with regulations like SOC2 and drive automation and integration initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting identity & access technologies
• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML 2.0, FIDO, OIDC, and SCIM
• Experience with technologies like Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and CyberArk
• Working knowledge of REST-based API integrations between IAM solutions and business applications
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units focused on cloud-first solutions
