Identity & Access Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity & Access Management Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts by provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning access rights across various systems
• Troubleshoot user access issues for employees and non-employees, collaborating with other departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA Security requirements and other regulatory standards for healthcare IT systems

Required Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC
• Minimum: Basic computer skills
• Preferred: 1-2 years of IT, Risk Management, or Security experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of HIPAA, Meaningful Use, and experience with industry ticketing solutions
