Identity Access Management Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the senior technical authority for enterprise IAM capabilities, the full-time Identity Access Management Specialist will lead the design and governance of Microsoft Entra and Microsoft ICAM-based identity services, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access across cloud and on-premises environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization models, integrating Entra identity services with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
• Manage identity lifecycle processes and governance to maintain accurate access provisioning and enforce least privilege through access reviews and entitlement management
• Ensure IAM services align with compliance frameworks and support audit readiness, producing necessary documentation and evidence for assessments

Required qualifications

• Must meet contract citizenship/work authorization requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity roles in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and Microsoft ICAM capabilities, including MFA and conditional access
