Identity Access Management Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the senior technical authority for enterprise IAM capabilities, the full-time Identity Access Management Specialist will lead the design and governance of Microsoft Entra and Microsoft ICAM-based identity services, ensuring secure authentication and authorization across cloud and on-premises environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization models using Microsoft Entra and role-based access controls
• Manage identity lifecycle processes and account governance to maintain accurate access provisioning
• Ensure IAM services align with compliance frameworks and support audit readiness through documentation and evidence production

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in identity and access management and/or cybersecurity roles
• Hands-on experience implementing and operating Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and Microsoft ICAM capabilities
• Advanced experience with MFA, conditional access, and privileged access management
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
