Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Microsoft Identity & Access Management Specialist will design, implement, and maintain digital communication solutions, focusing on identity and access management technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand digital communication needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and develop scalable digital communication solutions that integrate with existing technology infrastructure
  • Analyze user engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize communication strategies
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory
  • Proficiency in authentication and identity protocols such as SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0
  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud & Administration, including Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
  • Strong skills in PowerShell automation and scripting
