Identity Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of identity security solutions, the full-time Identity Adoption Specialist will enable customers to maximize the impact of identity visibility and security features, working remotely to ensure successful deployment and engagement with BeyondTrust's Identity Security Insights.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end adoption of Identity Security Insights, ensuring connectors are deployed, configured, and validated for licensed customers
• Build and execute Success Plans with milestones for connector go-live and posture recommendations closed, fostering customer engagement
• Translate technical findings into clear risk narratives and prioritize remediation plans while contributing to reporting on program KPIs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical presales, technical account management, or identity/IAM consulting
• Familiarity with identity security concepts and experience deploying integrations between security platforms and enterprise identity sources
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a customer portfolio in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience in developing Success Plans and customer health scoring
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting (PowerShell, Python) for analyzing identity datasets and audit logs
