Identity Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

To enable licensed Identity Security Insights customers to maximize their identity visibility and security, the full-time remote Identity Adoption Specialist will manage the adoption process, ensuring all connectors are deployed and configured while driving customer engagement and usage of Insights features.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end adoption of Identity Security Insights across an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring proper deployment and configuration of connectors
• Build and execute Success Plans with milestones for connector go-live and posture recommendations, establishing a recurring engagement cadence
• Translate Insights findings into risk narratives and remediation plans, partnering with various teams to address adoption risks and product feedback

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical presales, customer success engineering, or identity/IAM consulting
• Familiarity with identity security concepts, including human, nonhuman, and AI identities
• Experience deploying connectors or integrations between security/identity platforms and enterprise identity data sources
• Strong organizational skills to manage a portfolio of customers in a metrics-driven environment
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for analyzing identity datasets and audit logs
