Job Summary

To support the Office of Information Technology, the full-time remote Identity and Access Management Administrator will manage daily operations, ticket resolution, and security configurations across enterprise identity infrastructures to safeguard user access and secure digital assets.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day administration and user lifecycle provisioning across Okta, Active Directory, and Entra ID
  • Administer access policies under the Zero Trust Framework and monitor compliance with device posture
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python scripts to enhance operational efficiency and handle data cleanups
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent IT experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta or Active Directory
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication and authorization errors
  • Work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship
