Identity and Access Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain user access to IT systems
• Implement IAM policies and manage user roles
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA security regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, or related field is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of IT experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a similar provisioning role is preferred
• Experience with IAM systems such as Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint, or similar platforms is preferred
