Identity and Access Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision user accounts and manage access for various roles within the healthcare system
• Prioritize and manage IT-related access issues and ensure compliance with security policies
• Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and provide technical support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment is required
• 1-3 years of Information Technology experience is required
• Comp TIA A+, HDI, and ITIL certifications are preferred
• Experience with a ticketing platform for tracking and resolving needs is preferred
