Identity and Access Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management Consultant to support the migration from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of SAML/OIDC applications and identity workflows from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID
• Configure and optimize Conditional Access, Authentication Methods, and Multi-Factor Authentication policies
• Assist with identity lifecycle management, including onboarding/offboarding processes and cleanup

Required Qualifications

• Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) Certification
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta
• Experience with hybrid identity environments, including Active Directory and cloud-first identity models
• Practical experience with identity lifecycle management and cleanup of stale objects
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for identity automation
