Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to enhance and automate identity lifecycle management and access certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement onboarding templates and automation workflows for application integration
• Lead the automation of access recertification processes and develop compliance frameworks
• Analyze and improve Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows to ensure policy compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, focusing on IGA and compliance automation
• Proficient in SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow, CyberArk, and Entra ID
• Familiarity with SCIM APIs and role-based access models
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST CSF compliance frameworks
