Job Summary

Identity and Access Management Engineer, a full-time role responsible for managing identity infrastructure, driving strategic initiatives, and providing Tier 3 support for complex IT incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize identity systems including Okta and Google Workspace
• Design and support integrations and automations using Workato
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex identity-related IT incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, with 3+ years focused on Okta
• Experience with automation using Workato or similar platforms
• Proficiency in REST APIs for integration and automation development
• Experience administering Google Workspace and implementing Identity & Access Management solutions
