Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Identity and Access Management Engineer, the successful candidate will manage Okta integrations, implement RBAC standardizations, and design automation strategies to enhance the identity platform in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and expand Okta integrations across the organization using the Okta Integration Network
• Collaborate with teams to create and implement RBAC standardizations throughout the organization
• Design and implement automation strategies to reduce manual provisioning and access management overhead

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Okta, with familiarity in Microsoft Entra and/or Google Workspace
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth for custom internal application deployments
• 5+ years of experience handling IAM with a cloud-based IdP
• Comfortable operating as the primary IAM owner in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of least privilege, zero trust architecture, and RBAC principles
