Identity and Access Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management - Software Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable IAM solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of 5 engineers, promoting a culture of security and innovation
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define platform requirements and strategic direction

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with at least one major IAM platform (KeyCloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar)
• In-depth security mindset with experience designing secure authentication and authorization systems
• Understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML protocols
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Current experience as a people manager, ideally of Software and Security professionals
