Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IAM administrators for on-premises and cloud identity platforms
• Establish IAM standards, governance models, and operational best practices
• Oversee administration of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management
• Technical proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and automation tools like PowerShell
• Experience with access risk analysis and compliance controls
• Ability to adapt identity strategies for cloud adoption and Zero Trust initiatives
