Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of IAM engineers across various domains
• Manage operational relationships with MSP partners, including performance monitoring and escalation management
• Oversee the operational health of IAM platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in identity and access management
• 2+ years in a team leader or management role
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint or CyberArk
• Experience managing MSP or vendor relationships and SLA governance
• Familiarity with ITIL service management principles
