Identity and Access Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Identity and Access (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance model
• Build and manage identity lifecycle processes and access controls
• Integrate IAM solutions with HR systems and partner with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of IT or Information Security experience
• 3+ years of hands-on IAM experience, including program build-out
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• IAM or security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
