Identity DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the enhancement of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, the part-time Identity DevOps Engineer will manage platform operations, collaborate with security teams, and implement upgrades while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance the SSO and IAM platform within the Ping Identity ecosystem
• Manage platform operations, including incident response and certificate management
• Collaborate with QA teams to automate test scripts and troubleshoot user experience issues

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with PingFederate, PingOne, and related IAM products
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, and authentication patterns in various environments
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Python, PowerShell, and familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently
• Migration experience from PingFederate to PingOne is a plus
