Identity & Directory Services Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance identity management capabilities, the full-time Identity & Directory Services Specialist will deploy and support Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server, manage Microsoft Identity Manager, and configure LDAP directories while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and support Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server for identity data aggregation and synchronization
• Manage Microsoft Identity Manager for identity lifecycle management and provisioning
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and directory integration issues to ensure high availability and performance

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD DS) and AD LDS
• Hands-on experience with LDAP protocols and directory design
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or similar IAM tools
• Experience with Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server
• Knowledge of Identity Correlation Service (ICS) or identity matching systems
