Identity Governance Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Governance Administration Program Manager to lead strategic and operational delivery of Identity Governance & Administration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage multiple identity tools into a single platform to reduce tool sprawl and maintenance costs
• Transition manual audits to automated compliance solutions and manage identity lifecycle operations for improved productivity
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and leadership, ensuring effective program planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in Identity Governance & Administration, IAM, or Cybersecurity
• Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with accountability for schedule, budget, and scope
• Experience migrating from legacy systems to modern enterprise SaaS platforms
• Hands-on experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity is preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and federal regulations like FedRAMP and NIST is a plus
