Identity Management Analyst II

Job Summary

Responsible for provisioning access for new and current caregivers, the full-time Identity Management Analyst II will manage user accounts, provide tier 2 support, and ensure compliance with established guidelines while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Provision and maintain user accounts for various systems, ensuring appropriate access levels
• Provide customer support and serve as an escalation path for troubleshooting access issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the organization's mission and values

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of IT provisioning or Identity Management experience required
• Knowledge of provisioning principles and service delivery processes preferred
• Experience in a distributed computing environment, healthcare, or customer service preferred
• Understanding of current and emerging technologies in the field is advantageous
