Identity Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the field motion for the Identity Threat Protection launch, the full-time remote Outbound Product Manager focused on Identity will manage structured field validation, test messaging in live conversations, and provide consultative support on complex identity-related customer situations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EA-to-GA motion for the Identity Threat Protection launch, including demos and deep dives
• Analyze competitive loss reasons and document findings to create a proven playbook for Sales Engineers
• Transition into ongoing ownership of the identity product area, running adoption diagnostics and supporting technical evaluations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role at an identity security company (e.g., IAM, IGA, PAM)
• Deep understanding of identity security concepts, including authentication flows and access patterns
• Experience in a pre-launch or early-stage product environment, demonstrating the ability to build from scratch
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to synthesize field observations into actionable recommendations for product teams
