Identity Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Identity Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Identity Security Engineers and implement IAM strategies aligned with cloud-native architecture
• Drive integration of IAM across various platforms and automate identity provisioning and access reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed IAM controls and refine strategies based on emerging threats

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Strong experience with IAM tools and deep knowledge of IAM in cloud-native environments, particularly AWS
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automating IAM operations
• Solid understanding of compliance standards such as NIST, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
