Identity Security Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Security Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize automated identity workflows and strengthen identity security controls
• Design and implement secure identity proofing and verification flows using SCIM, OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OIDC
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation authority for identity data synchronization and orchestration across hybrid environments

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable experience
• Advanced IAM Certification such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISA is preferred
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments is preferred
• Proven success in legacy-to-modern migration of access control processes is preferred
