Identity Security Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Security Specialist who will focus on enhancing identity security within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize automated identity workflows and strengthen security controls
• Design and implement secure identity proofing and verification flows using various protocols
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation authority for complex identity data synchronization across environments

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced IAM Certification such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISA; certification in SailPoint is preferred
• Experience in navigating security constraints in a regulated healthcare environment
• Proven success in leading legacy-to-modern access control migrations
