Identity Threat Protection Specialist

Job Summary

As a remote Identity Threat Protection Specialist, the candidate will lead in-depth customer meetings, support proof of value initiatives, and collaborate with product management to enhance identity security offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 60-minute deep-dive meetings on Identity Threat Protection and related topics for customers
• Support the proof of value process for identity and ITDR opportunities alongside senior specialists
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to provide feedback and stay updated on product capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of presales/Sales Engineering experience in security, with exposure to identity, IAM, or ITDR
• Familiarity with Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID architecture, including authentication flows and MFA
• Experience in supporting or conducting technical proof of value evaluations
• Ability to explain multi-stage identity attack concepts to technical and executive audiences
• Comfort in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams
