IDIQ Program Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the performance and growth of assigned Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts, the full-time IDIQ Program Manager will oversee contract execution, customer relationships, and financial performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of assigned IDIQ contracts and task orders
• Serve as the primary program contact for government customers and stakeholders
• Manage task order scope, staffing, schedules, budgets, and performance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience managing federal contracts, programs, or task orders
• Direct experience managing IDIQ, GWAC, BPA, or other multiple-award contract vehicles
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition practices and contract types
• Experience managing program financials, including revenue and subcontractor costs
