IDR Analyst

Job Summary

To support business needs related to Independent Dispute Resolution, the full-time IDR Analyst will manage case activity, ensure timely documentation, and monitor deadlines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review claims and payment disputes for IDR eligibility and prepare necessary documentation
• Track case status, deadlines, and outcomes, while maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with various teams to address complex cases and support reporting on IDR trends and recovery opportunities

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, claims follow-up, or payer disputes
• Working knowledge of EOBs/ERAs and payer portals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
